About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build relationships with existing and new customers in
Germany to deliver sustainable growth in your territory. Reporting to the Country Manager Germany
and the Global Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for customer success and new
customer acquisition in Germany - together with the local and global team.
What you’ll do
Build and own a customer base for products (especially the flagship terminal products).
Identify and acquire potential users for our products, take responsibility for their
satisfaction, retention and growth.
Develop and maintain a high-level product knowledge and provide guidance on best practices.
Do online and offline user trainings and presentations, provide support and make every customer
relation a great ongoing success.
Use and grow your local network to place baha products and especially its outstanding market
data terminal solution in the market especially at financial institutions of any size.
Publicly represent baha at local events.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage and constantly improve the ongoing customer
relationship – acting as the point of escalation for client-specific issues.
Gather customer feedback, understand their needs, feature requests and let our teams create the
product your customers will love.
Work closely with our key product & development teams and the other markets teams to make our
product and the customer experience even greater.
Who you are
3+ years of experience in the field of customer success. Experience in market data and financial
industry is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and a passion to interact with new and existing customers.
Outstanding understanding for customer needs and ability to transfer this needs to the product
teams for continuous customer need driven product development and improvement.
Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires
creativity, fast learning and out-of-the-box-thinking.
Excellent academic credentials and proven track-record of success in previous roles.
Excellent English language skills (besides native German).
